Hi, I’m Morgan.

Born and raised in the West Village and settled in Park Slope, I know New York. My legal career has focused entirely on real estate law and helping clients navigate the nuanced process of buying and selling real estate here in the city.

I earned my J.D. out in the Bay Area at Santa Clara University School of Law, where I was a member of the Editorial Board of the Santa Clara Law Review. Prior to that, I received a B.A. from Connecticut College.

Now, I’m a proud dad to two girls and, in my free time, you’ll most likely find me making the most of Brooklyn’s many parks and playgrounds with my wife and kids. I’m always up for a game of basketball or tennis, and I’ve run more than 60 races with New York Road Runners, including 5 TCS New York City Marathons.

My Approach

Purchasing or listing a home here in New York City can be a daunting endeavor. And, for many people, it’s far more than just a business transaction. It’s important to me that clients feel informed and supported, so I prioritize transparency and accessibility throughout the buying or selling process.

My practice was founded on my long-time belief that every sale is different because every client is different. Because of that, my clients' unique needs and goals are always my top priority—and understanding those needs and goals can be the difference between a deal that goes south and a successful experience at the closing table.

Practice Areas

Residential real estate is the sole focus of my practice. I represent both buyers and sellers of condos and co-op apartments, as well as single- and multi-family homes.
